I offer aromatherapy massage and reflexology treatments from my home therapy room near Crediton. Treatments can be tailored to your individual needs and can focus on particular problem areas or full body relaxation.
Practising yoga has so many benefits for the mind and body, improving strength, mobility and flexibility whilst at the same time helping to reduce stress and improve mental and emotional wellbeing. I teach a friendly and accessible form of traditional Hatha Yoga in both group classes and individual sessions both in person as well as on-line.
