JHV also provides counseling and referrals to appropriate agencies set up by the state for various forms of assistance.

Justice For Homicide Victims We help victims of homicide restore their lives! WHO WE ARE? Justice for Homicide Victims (JHV) is a 501©3 non-profit organization established in 1984 and run entirely by volunteers. We believe that the scales of justice have gradually become weighted in favor of the accused, leaving the victim with little or no rights or representation.
