On December 13, 2015 I was involved in an accident while driving my motorcycle. An MBTA bus took a left hand turn and cut me off. In May 2017 my lawyer and I attended a mediation hearing with the MBTA's attorneys in an attempt to reach a settlement. While the MBTA accepted full responsibility and liability for the accident we could not reach a deal that day.
