Prior to joining Mars, I completed my Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as part of the Center for Clean Water and Clean Energy. My research was focused on the energy and economic requirements associated with desalination technologies, and chemical separation processes in general. In order to better characterize these requirements, I investigated irreversibilities and nonidealities that are present in such systems. Addition
I am a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group, where I am focused on using Big Data and advanced analytics to tackle a wide range of business challenges. My experience has covered many industries and I am particularly interested in Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, and Engineered Goods. Prior to consulting, I completed a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from MIT where I focused on water, energy, and the environment.
I am passionate about using data to unfold complex business challenges and enabling clients to better understand their businesses through the use of data. In particular, I continue to seek to make a difference at the intersection of Energy and data analytics.
