Taught out of Morley and Beeston, West Yorkshire, our medal and championship-winning coaches will teach you aspects of kickboxing, karate and boxing. Incorporating the discipline and respect associated with each of these forms of combat, the safe, family-friendly classes will teach you the importance of putting aside your ego, respecting instructors and others in higher positions, respecting rules and following a code of honour.
Using a Kyu level grading system, indicated via a coloured belt, as you move up the martial arts ladder and reach new milestones, you will do it with a renewed mental focus and physical toughness as your mind, body and spirit will be pushed to do some incredible things.
