Following the issues that have been ongoing at Chapel Porth involving The National Trust and Natural England, we have come to a position where the KHPA have made the decision to reluctantly, no longer consider this to be an officially negotiated site and therefore take no responsibility for flying activities there. Pilots are advised that any flying on this location is done so outside of the KHPA, although, we would hope undertaken in a considerate and responsible manner. Information regarding this location
We regret this situation and will remain open to an acceptable resolution where, once again, we could play a responsible role regarding flying activities at this location.
