About My Work
A bit about me: I am an Assistant Dean of Graduate Studies and the director of a professional research writing program at Colorado State University, an R1 university (Carnegie highest ranking for research). I am a literary scholar by training and have more than twenty years experience teaching college writing. Currently, I work with research and scholarly writers, helping them advance their careers and skill-build in the areas where expert writers struggle most: SPACE, TIME, ENERGY/MOMENTUM, & STYLE .
Most broadly, I am interested in how field experts might write more frequently with greater ease. I believe in and support the mission of land grant universities to provide educational outreach to our residents and believe in the need for access to quality education for all.
