KT’s BBQ was started right here in Colorado by Kirk and Tricia Jamison. Nearly 30 years later, we are still family-owned and operated. We specialize in Memphis style BBQ - Hickory smoked, pulled pork shoulder, peppery vinegary sauce, tangy coleslaw & dry-rubbed pork ribs (’course we also smoke up brisket, chicken, and hot links, plus homemade side dishes and desserts). Whether at one of our four locations or at a catered event, we’re proud of our down-home food served with true southern hospitality!
