The grape harvest is carried out strictly by hand and the grapes are immediately transported to our cellar: it is a modern structure where technology is combined with the high quality required for all winemaking and ageing operations.
The olive grove produces about 7 tons of extra virgin olive oil. part of which is classified as Denomination ofProtected Origin (DOP) “Chianti Classico”.
Our production is completed by the traditional Vinsanto del Chianti DOC and Grappa di Chianti Classico.
