Matt Mitchell is a native of Central Kentucky and has been involved in agriculture his entire life. Raised on a 7,000 acre purebred and commercial cattle operation, he then spent more than 15 years as a successful farm manager where he developed two different operations from the ground up. Although his Kentucky roots run deep, Matt and his wife Cassie love the Western Colorado area where they live near Grand Junction. They have two college age sons, Cole and Greyson. Matt and his family enjoy the great outdoors including hiking, camping and off-roading. He is also a hobby woodworker and has a love of all things automotive, from off-road vehicles to classic muscle cars.
