In support of the Landscape Industries Association of Western Australia Inc., ABN 37 141 847 768, the following are special resolutions that are required to improve the risk, governance and performance of this Association in support of its members into the future.
The ability to do this is covered under the Rule 72 (refer to Special Resolution document attached), of “Landscape Industries Association of Western Australia Inc” (LIAWA) Rules, section titled “Alteration to Rules” states the following: “If LIAWA wants to alter or rescind any of these rules or to make additional rules or to make additional rules, the association may do so only by special resolution complying with Part 3 and Division 2 of the Act.”
