Our head office is situated in Parktown and we maintain a branch office in Bedfordview. The company started off as Whitefield Estates (Pty) Ltd which then acquired Landsec and Compeg. In order to be able to focus attention on the different needs of landlords and sectional title developers and owners, Whitefield was split into Compeg and Landsec. Both companies have shown steady growth over the years and in 1993 the sectional title and residential portfolios of I. Kuper & Co (Pty) Ltd was purchased.
