The leadership program is a series of one-day sessions focusing on timely issues within the following areas: government, arts & culture, public safety & infrastructure, human services, healthcare, education, economic development and environmental preservation, simulated society (SIMSOC) and Law & Justice

Each class is inspired to step forward and make a difference in the community. Leadership Seminole classes have contributed 18,000 volunteer hours to non-profit organizations through its Legacy of Leadership initiative.
