Description: The ensemble based in Bratislava represents the top of Slovak folklore and dance art. Lucnica's shows are inspired by the national traditions, their outstanding folklore shows are filled with a high level of artistic performance and originality. During 65 years of Lúčnica's history, over 2,000 members have performed all over the world. Lúčnica is closely linked to its artistic director, choreographer, and co-founder, professor Štefan Nosáľ.
