It all started with my first gym trainer, when I didn't know anything about how Nutrition works , how to do workout and I got a lot of wrong guidance even after paying a lot of money.
So I decided that what I really needed to do was learn how the body works on each ingredient and workout to do it right and give right knowledge to everyone without investing lots of money so they can take interest in their own physique and care about it more.
