After 30 years in the family business, Sharon retired in 2011.
She then spent a couple of years as a lady of leisure practicing her crafts, which include; knitting, crouchet and of course, bead weaving.
Toward the end of 2013, the opportunity arose for Sharon to negotiate and purchase Manique beads and beaded jewelery from the previous owner, Manie Kriel.
