Margot Kazimirska was Principal Pianist with the Frankfurt Ballet for 19 years. She has also played for several other ballet companies, including the Dutch National Ballet, the Royal Ballet, English National Ballet and Northern Ballet Theatre.
Margot started playing the piano at 7 years old and the clarinet at the age of 16. On leaving school she continued her music studies at the Royal College of Music in London where she achieved the ARCM diploma in piano. After graduating Margot began her career in the world of dance at the Royal Academy of Dance where she gained invaluable experience playing for ballet classes and exams for both children and students. Margot accompanied the company’s daily ballet class followed by rehearsals and as solo pianist for many ballet performances in opera houses all over the world. These include the Paris Opera, Sadler’s Wells, Monte Carlo, Munich Opera and San Francisco to name a few!
