As a scholar-advocate, I have a commitment to engaging with and writing for publics beyond the university. Since 2014, have been involved in environmental and climate work, from the grassroots and local to the global and policy-focused. I currently serve as a Leadership Team and Board Member for the North Carolina Climate Justice Collective , and have previously been a project-lead for the global youth ‘think-and-do-tank’ CliMates and a several time delegate to the United Nations’ International Climate Neg
