Max earned his degree (B.Sci., Psychology) from Bradley University in June, 2005. After returning to Oak Park, he accepted employment in the management training program at Hertz Rent-a-Car. A nearby car repair shop was burned out, filling our backyard with smoke for several hours, in October 2007. The staff escaped unharmed. The owner said he was servicing a car which contained either a leaking gas tank or a broken fuel line. Either way, the gas exploded and the old structure was immolated in just minutes.
