Welcome to the Maximus New York City Career Pathways website
We work with the Human Resource Administration (HRA) to support citizens of New York City receiving cash and/or food benefits who are assigned to our programs. We also work with citizens who are part of the Support Through Employment Program (STEP) with active child support arrears. There are three different programs offered in Harlem, Bronx, and Staten Island. Career Compass is our adult, 25 years old and up assessment and support program; Career Advance is our 18 to 59 years and up employment and training
