‘Against all odds’ is a fitting term to describe our origin story. We take pride in not only our craft but also our history. Our founder, arrived in the US at a ripe young age of 22, with a strong will to achieve success in this country. True to their word, we learnt an unfamiliar language and adapted to a strange land and its customs. And in 1990, we opened the doors to the symbol of triumph, May Cafe.
