Meadow Station Subdivision is a covenant-controlled community located near the northwest corner of Elbert County.
The subdivision is bordered to the west by Delbert Road which represents one small portion of the Elbert County/Douglas County line. All Meadow Station addresses are formally addressed as the city of Parker. However, Meadow Station families are residents of Elbert County. Property taxes, vehicle registration, county court house, district voting, etc. is within Elbert County. Meadow Station Subdivision was originally platted October 29th, 1980. The subdivision consists of 77 single family 5 acre and larger lots. Water for homes is via individual residential wells which were adjudicated in 2010.
