The new facilities at Melksham Station Cafe are installed and the café with toilet facilities officially opened on May 1st 2021. A real time destination board is in the café, so you can enjoy your coffee and still be confident when your Melksham train will arrive. There is free 30 minute parking, electric car charging and cycle stands. We have provided a defibrillator which is available 24/7 with access code via a 999 call.
We conducted a passenger survey in the autumn of 2021 and as a result we are implementing improvements in 2022. A covered exterior seating area has been introduced with heating, lighting plus protection from the wind and rain. The café hours have been extended to be open from 7am Monday to Friday. We have introduced a ‘grab and go’ menu and we are now on Just-Eat so you can pre-order from our menu.
