Michael Holden Chartered Surveyors & Chartered Building Engineers is a bespoke private practice that offers a variety of property and construction services. The practice contains members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Association of Building Engineers, and Chartered Institue of Building. Michael is a former member of the RICS World Governing Body and also a board member of the ISVA (Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association).
We have primary offices in Accrington and Kendal. We are able to cover historical Lancashire, Cumbria, North Yorkshire, and the Dales.
Building Survey (full structural survey). This high-level inspection of a building covering defects, maintenance, refurbishment, and adaptations. This is suitable for older and/or larger properties.
