Monday morning, April 10, 2023, we discovered that my mother had stepped outside of this life and had stepped into eternal life. Her usual morning routine included opening a blind by a particular time so her neighbor knew she was fine. When the blind was not opened and a phone call went unanswered that neighbor used the key mom had given her to check on my mother. It was she who found her. I had spoken with mom for about 30 minutes on Easter.
