Amongst Mike Stock's eight Ivor Novellos for song writing are three for Songwriter of the Year , awarded in successive years, a unique achievement. Mike Stock wrote his first song at the age of seven, later he became the Stock in Stock Aitken Waterman - the production team responsible for over 100 UK hits and countless Top 40s during the 1980s.
