We are currently pursuing cases against The Millennium Plan on behalf of clients who allege that they were told The Millennium Plan was a wealth accumulation or savings and investment plan with favorable tax benefits, including the ability to deduct all contributions to the Plan on their income tax returns. Our clients allege that the Plan was misrepresented to them and they cannot get their money out of the Plan as represented. We have filed several law suits against The Millennium Plan, the brokers who sold our clients the Plan and the insurance companies they represented. We have been successful in resolving many of our clients' claims against Millennium and the responsible insurance brokers and insurance companies, although our past success is no guarantee of future success. We currently have 5 cases on behalf of over 30 clients pending in various Courts.
We are also advising clients with respect to their participation in other plans that purport to offer tax and saving advantages under Sections 419A(f)(6) and 412(i) of the Internal Revenue Code.
