Perform your own experiments
My goal is to promote mind-training as a alternative to the use of medicines. So in 2018 I started out to develop software with equipment that is affordable to most people. After comparing several EEG-devices my choise was the Muse-Headband with four channels and dry electrodes. It is affordable (280$) and easy to use. With the App you can visualize EEG brainwaves in real time, display different graphs, try out neurofeedback, compare the EEG recordings of different people etc.
Brain computer interface These frequency bands are called delta, theta, alpha, beta, and gamma. For example delta has a frequency of 1-4 Hz. There are relationships between the amount of certain brainwaves and our mental activities and psychological states.
