Missy holds a BFA from Hofstra University where she performed opposite Oscar nominee Talia Shire, and Golden Globe nominee Susan Sullivan. She left school after her junior year to star as "Louise" in the national tour of Gypsy. She later went back to finish her degree.
Since then she has performed in theaters all over the country, appeared on television and in films, and originated the role of "Niccolo Macciavelli" in the NYC premiere of The Battles.
