The 37th edition of the Euro Baseball Championship takes place in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Trebic and Blansko. Team Italy begins Group B play in Trebic and competes against Hungary, Sweden and Great Britain. The two top teams advance to the quarterfinals in Brno.
The Czech Republic welcomes the Senior European Baseball Championship for the third time after presenting the international competition in 2005 and co-hosting the Euros with Germany in 2014.
