I worked with Matthew in a group over the semester. This group was the best group in school I had during my time their, and much of that is due to Matthew taking the lead. The first few weeks were a little hectic, but Matthew took control and got us organized. We developed a good work flow and it was always a delight to work with him. If you need a team member with good accountability and communication, Matthew is that person.
