Mosaic have been instructed as masterplanners for Twinwoods, a self-sustaining new settlement. Twinwoods will offer town and country living as a new residential led, mixed-use, community.
The proximity to Bedford provides good access to local employment, retail and entertainment. This is balanced by easy access to the tranquility of the countryside, offering a wealth of recreational and leisure opportunities.
Using a substantial previously developed site, Twinwoods could deliver up to 6,000 new homes and new employment opportunities, retail, provisional schools, medical facilities and community infrastructure, as a best practice benchmark for the planning and design of a new community.
