02/17/2003 Mosquitonet Billing Change in March In March, the billing date on your Mosquitonet invoice will match your ACS local services invoice, and the normal amount may change slightly as the one time pro-rate is included in that invoice due to the date change. In April, you will receive your normal invoice from Mosquitonet but the date will match your ACS local phone bill.
