Mountainside Homestead
I have a habit of buying materials and starting projects, but not finishing them. That was true in the case of my garden gate. I bought cedar for this simple project a couple of years ago, but never took the time to put it together. Instead I stored the wood inside and fumbled around it. There’s that excitement in planning for and successfully finishing a project, but sometimes the work in-between isn’t as appealing. This year I opted to not start any new building projects and wrap up some old ones.
The garden gate was a fun quick project to finish. Prior to this I had netting with a board on the ground across the garden entry. This looks much nicer and is easier to use!
