Over the years, we have evolved into a Hub and Spokes model of an integrated Teacher Education Centre (hub) and 7 English medium Municipal schools preschool to Grade 10 (spokes) located in Mumbai's G-South Ward where we offer inclusive, holistic and child-friendly education.
Being a demonstration model, we believe in collaborating and liaising with the government and partner organizations in urban and rural areas to help them build their capacity and in the process they and we have also been able to transform ourselves and continuously reflect on our practices.
Our ultimate goal is to advocate the best practices of our programme which can further be replicated and contextualized to facilitate more universally applicable learnings. Our participation enables us to advocate our learnings and processes in discussion panels, consultation forums and “think-tanks” and presenting papers at local, state, national and international forums.
