Celle is a beautiful town, 30 km northeast of Hannover, which can be easily reached by train, plane (Airport Hannover) or car.
The conference will be organized by Prof. Dr. Madeleine Plötz, director of the Institute of Food Quality and Food Safety, University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover, Foundation , in cooperation with the Society for Mycotoxin Research .
The Mycotoxin Workshop is one of the oldest mycotoxin meetings worldwide. It originates from small meetings of mycotoxin researchers in Germany starting already in 1979 and has now been established as an annual European meeting since 1997, covering all aspects of mycotoxin research.
