Select the "Upload to Minecraft" button located on the right side of any skin's detail page of your choice, you will be brought to Minecraft.net, after logging in there, proceed to select "change" skin. When you enter the game, your in-game skin will be changed.
Select the "Download" option, the skin's .png file will then be downloaded onto your computer, you can upload it manually onto https://minecraft.net/en-us/profile/skin select the correct model followed by clicking on "Select a file" button. Choose the skin file you just downloaded and upload.
To change your Minecraft username: Visit account.mojang.com, and log in with your Mojang account email address and password. Next to your Minecraft profile name, click the link that says "Change". Enter a new name, and confirm the new name by entering your password again. Click the "Change name" button.
