Mr. Nadell has been an industry advocate in both Washington D.C. and his home state of California regarding background screening legislation having been personally involved in the writing and testifying on laws that impact background screening. He also participated on the committee for ASIS in producing their Pre-employment Background Screening Guidelines and was on the committee to update the Guidelines for 2008.
Mr. Nadell is a founding member and served on the board of directors of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) , for four years until April 2008, where he was co-chairman of the board in 2006.
