Meet: 08:15 at the metal giraffe past Daan Viljoen Game Reserve Directions: Leave Windhoek towards the west on the C28 direction Daan Viljoen Game Reserve. Past the Police checkpoint and after about ca 18km is a big metal Giraffe on a pedestal with a board Augeigas (and a small board „Onduno“), turn right. The Giraffe is about 3km after the Daan Viljoen turnoff. This will be our meeting point. Follow the gravel road, after about 4km turn at at the colourfull birds. Meet: 08:00 in the dam wall car park Direction: Follow Sam Nujoma Avenue (C28) east towards Hosea Kutako International Airport, turn left into Mac Kenzie Road, into Avis road and follow the road to the dam. Remember: Entrance Avis Dam fee N$ 30.00
