Static Control guarantees that STATIC CONTROL cartridges will be defect-free in both workmanship and materials for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase for our ink jet cartridges and TWO YEARS for our laser cartridges. At our discretion, we will replace or refund the full price of the cartridge should youfind it performs unsatisfactory.
Our cartridges are also guaranteed not to cause damage or abnormal wear in anyprinter for which the cartridge was originally designed and covers all equipment used within the manufacturer’s specifications. This does not include natural disasters or acts of God.
We will reimburse you for a complete repair should a defect in a Static Control cartridge be found to be the sole cause of damage to any printer. Static Control must be provided satisfactory evidence that printer damage was caused due to a defect in a Static Control cartridge.
