Hello, dear one. My name is Alexi Neal. I help soul centered women to rest, receive nourishment, and reset their nervous systems through somatic and energetic healing practices.
I am a woman, a mother, a human and a healer. Over the last 10 years, I have trained and practice several modalities to support women in holistic, soul-centered healing. I am an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT 1000), a Master Level Reiki Healer, and a Trauma Informed Practitioner.
