Our story started with a simple desire to create a mind-blowing, delicious, raw salsa— the fresh stuff that’s packed with massive flavor, never cooked or heat processed. We set out to select the freshest ingredients and combine them in exactly the right way. Made by hand with energy and passion in Jelm- a small and fiercly weird little town in the mountians of Wyoming.
Our journey began in 2004 with the first jar sold at a farmers market in Laramie, Wyoming. We believe that a successful business should be more than just a way to sell a product and generate profit. We strive to make our staff, suppliers and customers feel top notch knowing every jar is handcrafted with meticulous care and every chip dipped or enchilada smothered will delight the senses.
