Minka Giles was recently the recipient of the Marciea Adkins Excellence Award. She was presented this award for her outstanding work as a 911 Dispatcher at OEMC as well as her non-profit organization Never 99 which helps homeless individuals all over Chicago.
On Thursday, April 14th, 2022, Minka Giles along with Never 99 was featured in the Chicago Sun-Times.
