Since March of 2020, the amount of pinball I’ve been able to play has been pretty limited. There’s been virtual pinball league, organized by Zen Zochniak, a Saturday night tradition that’s always been lovely for silliness with friends but wow, I don’t like videogame pinball. Things took a major jump for the better about a month ago, early April 2021, when my partner Lauren purchased a new machine (a Black Knight Sword of Rage LE) that I am babysitting in my Manhattan apartment (her apartment being already maxed out with two machines). It’s incredible to have daily pinball again!
