The Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine is rethinking traditional medical education and creating a new, innovative, and unique approach that is ideal for today’s medical students. We empower our students with the essential personal and professional skills needed to become competent, confident, and compassionate osteopathic physicians dedicated to meeting the healthcare challenges of the communities they serve.
The Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine (Noorda-COM) is partnering with Mayor Michelle Kaufusi, the City of Provo, and the Provo City School District to establish a preventative health outreach program which will provide free, in-school health screenings for elementary-aged children in the greatest need, including those in underrepresented, low-income, and under-resourced communities.
The White Coat Ceremony marks the beginning of your journey as a physician. It is a day to celebrate with your family and friends and your Noorda-COM faculty and staff. This event embodies the osteopathic traditions that will allow you to become the competent, confident, and compassionate physician to which you aspire to be.
