Since I can remember I have been in love with cars. I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, the Motor City. I have family that work for the Big 3. So I guess you can say being a car lover was meant to be.
Not long ago, I was driving a hand-me-down 2005 Ford Taurus. It had well over 193,000 miles and been in the shop more times than I could remember. The check engine light had been on for forever. I did the trick where I unplugged the battery, but it came back on. I ran a diagnostic on the car and it returned over 70 codes, most of them repeated.
