When viruses infect your PC they can sometimes be removed with an antivirus program or using Malware tools. We can also manually remove some viruses - as they leave obvious traces. Sometimes, viruses can do more long term corruption to the operating system than first thought so we offer a few options:
Assess the computer / laptop to work out severity of infection If agreed then we spend 1 hr cleaning and removing viruses - cost ~ £35 If the laptop is severely infected then we will suggest a full reinstall of Windows
