Off The Grid Leadership exists to equip leaders to get “Off The Grid,” independent of unhealthy reliances, so they can lead with clarity and strength. We believe that only healthy leaders can lead healthy organizations.
We offer outdoor experiences combined with restorative accommodations that serve as a catalyst for helping leaders move toward mental and emotional clarity. We fish a lot, enjoy great food together, and take in the beauty of the crystal-clear lakes and mountains of the Pacific Northwest. Each leader will experience opportunities to rest, play, recover, and brainstorm solutions for the leadership challenges they are facing. We will take advantage of unmatched outdoor experiences the Pacific Northwest offers.
We serve leaders of churches, businesses, and nonprofits who face the constant pressure of leading at a high level.
