We are a Buddhist Monastery in Central Oklahoma providing weekly meditation classes to the public. Our resident monks are trained in the Theravāda tradition, but we invite people of all traditions and faiths to practice with us. We hope you can find at least one of the classes harmonious with your schedule.
Oklahoma Buddhist Vihāra exists to provide a space for the monastic and lay communities to study and practice is the Buddhist way of life and tenet and to share the practices of mental development with the community.
