Who We Are
Old Goodwood Townhomes are 20 owner-occupied units located on the corner of Winthrop Avenue and Ocean Drive. The two and three-bedroom units are clustered around a beautiful common courtyard. Each unit has a fireplace, a private patio, two-car garage and two baths.
Old Goodwood Townhomes owners are proud of our neighborhood. We are friendly, diverse, hard-working and welcoming. We are committed to creating equity for ourselves by maintaining our individual units and collaborating through our association. We support our association through modest but mandatory dues and periodic assessments which are used to maintain and upgrade the common spaces. We contribute to a harmonious environment by adhering to bylaws that we review and agree upon annually. We're good nei
